No inbound access to sites, encryption, an audit log the customer can consult.

Your data

Who sees your footage, and when

  • You, and the people you authorize, each with a specific role
  • Our operators, only during an open incident on your site
  • No one else: every access is justified and logged

Retention periods are set per site, within the legal limits; when they expire, footage is deleted.

Platform security

Built to be attacked, and to hold

No open ports

Cameras, alarms and boxes connect out to Axia through an encrypted outbound tunnel; nothing is reachable from the internet.

Encryption

Encryption in transit and at rest; alarm transmission encrypted end to end.

Per-customer isolation

Each customer and each company is strictly separated, down to the database.

Two-factor authentication

Required for sensitive access: video, payroll, exports, administration.

Tamper-proof log

Every action is recorded: who, what, when. Nothing is erased.

Signed updates

Device software is updated remotely, with signed, tested releases.

Responsible AI

AI that helps, without identifying

  • Detection of people and vehicles, never identification of faces
  • Your footage is not used to train models for other customers
