In full transparency: the service is operated jointly with a security company holding the authorizations required in Morocco. Response times are measured, published targets, not contractual guarantees. Video and alarms are hosted in Morocco and installations are declared to the CNDP with our support.

When and where does the service start?

Early 2027 in Casablanca, for villas, stores and businesses, then in other cities. Early-access sign-ups are contacted first.

Do I need to replace my existing cameras?

Not necessarily. Cameras that support open standards can be kept after a test; otherwise we offer a suitable kit.

What happens during a power or internet outage?

Cameras keep recording on site, the alarm uses its own SIM card and a battery keeps the equipment running. A prolonged outage triggers an alert.

Do you use facial recognition?

No. We detect people and vehicles without identifying anyone.

How much does the service cost?

Terms are presented during the site survey. They include installation and a monthly subscription.
