Remote monitoring, from alert to response.

Monitoring center

An alarm ringing in an empty house protects no one. Remote monitoring connects your site to a center where a team reacts to every alert. Here is what happens, step by step.

1. Detection

AI cameras and sensors spot an event: a presence at the wall, a door opening, a panic button. At Axia, AI first filters out the most common false alerts: animals, headlights, vegetation.

2. Immediate deterrence

Even before any human steps in, the site reacts: a voice message in Darija, Arabic or French, a flash, a siren. Many intrusions stop at this stage.

3. Verification by an operator

An operator receives the alert with live video and the seconds leading up to it. They see who, where, how many. They can speak on site and call the customer or their contacts.

Why verification mattersAn alarm verified by video lets you send someone only when it is useful, and faster when it is serious.

4. Response

If the threat is confirmed, a guard from a licensed security company goes to the site, with the address, access details and video on their phone. Their arrival is recorded.

5. The report

Every incident ends with a report: timeline, video clips, calls and decisions. Each month, you receive your site's summary.

Questions to ask a provider

  • Are alarms verified by video?
  • Who responds, and under what authorization?
  • Are response times measured and reported?
  • Who can see my footage, and when?
  • What happens during a power or internet outage?
